Using up the Halloween candy with Snickers Cheesecake

Since I have approximately $1.32 in my wallet and a visit to The Cheesecake Factory costs the equivalent of our average electric bill (hey, SOMEBODY'S gotta pay for those faux art murals), I promised to make my daughter a Snickers Cheesecake at home.
