<p>I served it on a perfect fall salad.  I took some mixed greens and threw on some fall salad toppers.  Here&#8217;s the John Madden playbook view:</p>
<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-553" title="Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Apple Cherry Salad" src="http://frantichomecook.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/salad3.jpg" alt="Apple Cider Vinaigrette and Apple Cherry Salad" width="500" height="333" /></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Apple Cider Dressing<br />
</strong></span>1/4 c. apple cider<br />
3 Tablespoons light sour cream<br />
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
</span>1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard<br />
Pinch of salt and pepper</p>
<p>Enjoy.  Oh, and feel free to change up the John Madden playbook.  I&#8217;m sure he won&#8217;t mind.</p>
