Mmmm…those look good. For a long time my go-to cookie recipe was chocolate coconut macaroons from the Hershey’s cookbook. Yummy stuff!
I luuurve macaroons and coconut and chocolate so this was a no brainer. Plus they’re not too bad as far as fat and sugar go. (That’s what I tell myself everytime I grab one!)
Almond, coconut and chocolate. What’s not to love? They look beautiful and I bet they tasted divine!
