Salmon with Orange-Balsamic Glaze is fat and good for your heart

health, main dishes

Another 4″ of snow was dumped on our lawn today. Happy Spring. So I’m trying to make it Spring indoors by serving a fish I always love when the weather warms….salmon. This is my heart healthy meal. ‘Cause it has all those heart healthy Omega-3 fats that are so good for you. Go figure, fat and good for you in the same sentence. That’s my kind of fish.

Here we go.

The Tamari can be salty so don’t add salt yet.

And to go with such a healthy meal, a mineral water.

(Ok, ok! I’m human. Give me a break!)

Happy Easter!

Yummmmmmy! Now that looks like a great dinner. What time should we be over. Oh yeah, we don’t like snow!

I’m so sorry, I dont’ know what to tell you about the yardsales. Maybe they are better in the South. They were great in Atlanta & great over here in B’ham. I know I do have good luck with them.

    Have a happy Easter!

Oh, another thing, I make potatoes like that ALL the time, only I don’t peel mine. They are great!

Mmmm…that looks delicious and not too hard to make. Now I just have to find some salmon that doesn’t cost its weight in gold!

PS. I added you to my blog roll because I love your recipes. They’re a perfect mix of delicious and practical!

I looked up this recipe because someone mentioned it in your amish oatmeal recipe and I LOVE salmon. Going to try it this week. I love the pictures (even the cat scratches)
