Oh, this looks very tasty! I wish I could crack an egg with one hand!

First saw your blog through Simmer Till Done and I love it! I’m still new to blogging and find your site so inspiring. I received a blog award and wanted to passs it on to you (you can pick it up at my blog).
Hi, great recipe BUT you lost me after the mixing of two eggs and parmesan. You just mix the pasta and cheese/egg mixture together? (Bet you thought those photos broke it down {simple} enough?!) HA!
Thanks for the recipe! I’m gonna give it a try! Sounds like a great after practice meal I can whip up while showers are going!
Yep, that’s it. The egg/cheese mixture kind of cooks/melts when you toss it with the hot pasta. If it’s too thick, add a little of the pasta water to thin it. That’s it! Magic, see?
Awesome! I too love the image breakdown of recipes. When I get a decent camera (ie not my mobile phone) I’ll be putting more pics in my blog too. I occasionally do a big vege buy-up. I’ll remember this recipe for the times I need to get rid of any zucchini.
My favorite fruit is grapes. Because with grapes, you always get another chance. ‘Cause, you know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. But if you have a crappy grape, no problem - just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.’ — Demetri Martin

I can crack an egg in each hand at the same time!
Not always by accident either!
