omg omg omg - you read my mind! I’m planning a quiet weekend, and one of the things I wanted to try was making a ‘more interesting’ popcorn!
Do you have to cover the baking sheet to stop them popping everywhere??

I popped my corn on the stove (saving money, ya know) and let it cool while I made the glaze. It is PERFECT for a quiet weekend at home. Just make sure you have someone to share it with or you’ll devour it in one sitting alone.

It’s great. I made it for the kids as a lower cost, slightly healthier snack (depending on how heavy you pour on the peanut butter glaze) and ending up going back to the bowl over and over. Ha!

That looks amazing!!! I have to try this!

I think Kitty is of the opinion you pour the mixture over un-popped popcorn. I don’t think that would work and, if it did, you would have a hell of a mess on your hands.
And, Kitty has a cooking blog, if you can imagine.

I just finished making this… half of this normal with a good sea salt, the other half with the same sea salt crushed with fresh dried rosemary. (as in rosemary that was fresh but now dried, but new enough it has tons of flavor!) and omg it is amazing. Who’d a thunk rosemary and peanut butter and salt.
I’m in heaven. Thanks.

I was watching a movie when I stumbledupon this, got up immediately and made it. My wife says it is dangerous as she continues devouring the bowl. It is only a moment later when she says that it is literally dangerous because of all the unpopped kernels. I’ll be making this again. Thanks.

Whoa, that looks delicious! I’ve been making peanut butter popcorn a different way and call it Peanut Butter Kettle Corn. Either way, peanut butter and popcorn make a superb combo!

I’m so going for the “zen-like salty-sweet” recommendation with a dash of kosher salt — and I will totally own up to sticking my hand into the hot pot for a scalding sample! I’m sure I’m not alone. This looks delish!

Wonderful, the second I read the title I went and popped the popcorn. Finished reading the instructions and it’s cooling now. I’m excited to try it. Thanks.
Stumbled, and blog is now bookmarked.

You’re EVIL. Do you hear? EVIL. And I hate you!!!!! So does my waistline.
I generally don’t cook with corn syrup. Would butter do the trick instead? I think I’ll do an experiment and be the guinea pig.
How about a little tabasco?

This is evil for those with TMJ problems. But worthwhile. I can’t believe it wasn’t a hit at the mom’s night in last night?! Ah well, more for me.

Gotta make this for my daughter and myself.
Looks & reads like it’s easy, fast & good.
But then again …
Peanut butter & popcorn, how could it be anything else.
(you know I’m gonna try & taste it while it’s still hot, LOL)
