This looks sooo yummy! We are all about cilantro and avocado around here! Mike does most of the cooking since I work full-time now (you would be impressed with his ability!) and I can’t wait for him to make it!

Am going to make this salad this week. I plan to layer it on top of refried beans and corn tortillas to make seafood chalupas. yum!

Thank you, Francie! Let’s just hope I make the BEST decisions. All the suggestions are great, so I’m glad to hear from all of you. I’ve already changed my mind on the faucet. With our hard water I don’t think I want to chance the ORB finish.
