One said it was better than Cheesecake Factory. I even used one package of reduced fat cream cheese to reduce the fat some and saw no taste difference. It was a simple recipe that tasted great! The biggest fear people have with cheesecake is the top cracking (that's why some recipes call for baking a cheesecake in a water bath) but since we're covering this with ganache, it really isn't a problem.
