		<description>DO NOT use parchment paper with pretzels, especially if you dunk them in the baking soda solution like most recipes suggest.  They will stick stronger than anything you&#039;ve ever seen.  Right now I have a batch of amazing delicious pretzels with little strips of ripped parchment adhered to the bottom.  From what I&#039;m reading now, a silicone baking mat is a much better idea.</description>
