They will stick stronger than anything you've ever seen. Right now I have a batch of amazing delicious pretzels with little strips of ripped parchment adhered to the bottom. From what I'm reading now, a silicone baking mat is a much better idea. DO NOT use parchment paper with pretzels, especially if you dunk them in the baking soda solution like most recipes suggest.
