Hey, Francie, oh yeah….we eat our share of bacon around here too. My hubby loves it & is always picking up a lb. here & there. I love BLT’s & we cook it up with pancakes or eggs. Just made some wheat & blueberry pancakes on Sat. & they were yummy!
You asked about snow down here. We really don’t get it all that often. I’d say about every 3 years or so we’ll get a day or 2 of snow (or ice) where it might stick and look pretty for awhile. It’s already melted for the most part today, so it didn’t last long. We’ve gotten as much as 6-8 inches at times over the years, but usually it’s only a couple of inches if we get any. I think we got more snow & ice back about 15-20 years ago. The last few years have been slim snow years. That’s OK with me. I don’t think I’d like snow all the time!
